1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the services offered by Bankipay, a company specializing in cross-border payments. By using our services, you unconditionally accept these terms.
2. Service Description
Bankipay provides an international fund transfer service enabling African businesses and merchants to pay their suppliers in EUR, USD or GBP. Transfers are executed within 24 to 48 business hours.
3. Access Conditions
Access to Bankipay services is reserved for legal entities or adult individuals engaged in lawful commercial activity. Registration requires providing accurate and complete information, particularly for KYC verification.
4. User Obligations
Users agree to use Bankipay services in accordance with the law, not to carry out transactions related to unlawful activities, and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any suspicious activity must be reported immediately.
5. Fees and Charges
Transfer fees are displayed before each transaction. Bankipay reserves the right to modify its rates with 30 days' notice. Exchange rates applied are market rates at the time of the transaction, plus a transparent commission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bankipay cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, banking outages, or incorrect information provided by the user. Our liability is limited to the amount of the transaction concerned.
7. Termination
Bankipay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or non-compliance with regulatory requirements. Users may close their account at any time from their personal space.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the law applicable in Bankipay's country of establishment. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction after an attempt at amicable resolution.
